Our services
Individual Nutrition Counseling
We start by understanding your personal history, your health history, and your overall habits. We will learn what works best for your body and create an integrated wellness plan that brings you to your highest state of health. The program will include nutrition, mindset training, and lifestyle success training.
Bi-Weekly Sessions
The program is 4 months (8 sessions)
Life Coaching
Sometimes we feel stuck and do not realize what is causing us to not achieve our goals. In our life coaching program, we teach you how to tap into your subconscious and finally learn what is holding you back. Learn the secret to achieving anything you want effortlessly. This is a group program that meets weekly.
Weekly Sessions (50 minutes)
(Available in 1 on 1 or Group Coaching)
Small Group Program
The small group program meets weekly for 45 minutes and will teach members nutrition tricks, mindset, and overall lifestyle lessons. Participants will complete a health assessment and establish their goals for the course. Members will share their accomplishments and obstacles each week and will make action plans/adjustments in order to ensure they are moving towards their goals.
